Absolutely love this business I’ve only just purchased an item from it and it arrived today and it’s absolutely stunning. And I will be buying from them again!

I’ve been shopping with bohomoon for two years now after seeing them advertised on Instagram. I can honestly say it’s the only place I shop for my gold jewellery! I wear their pieces every single day without fail, the quality, pricing, delivery is A***. I’ve even purchased numerous birthday presents from here, and every single person has adored their gifts and asked about this company and purchased themselves.
There’s been times where I’ve had to enquire about something wether it be about delivery, changing a necklace from not choosing the right size and they answer on the same day and also send one out instantly whilst helping with returns if needing so. I’ve never had such a great experience with a brand before, it sounds like I’m exaggerating but I’m really not when I say I walk around like a sponsor to this shop aha! I wear my hoops, necklaces and rings everyday and they’ve never discoloured or tarnished.
Couldn’t recommend a brand more and their sales are not a miss either!

I’ve bought a few things from bohomoon and I’ve always been impressed. They have some beautiful jewellery and I’ve never had a problem with any orders or deliveries.

Only comment is I find some of the necklaces/ bracelets can come up a little small. So I’m just mindful of the pieces I buy.

Overall lovely company, I’ve been very impressed. Now my go to for affordable and fashionable jewellery.

I ordered a pair of earrings however one of them became tarnished after a month. I contacted Bohomoon and they were very apologetic and sent me a new pair straight away. I haven’t had any problems with the new earrings. Great customer service

Really nice designs and good quality. It's cheaper than some of the tarnish-free, stainless steel-based stuff, but they don't let it show. Friendly, helpful customer service

I am between bracelet sizes and when I mentioned this in an email about an exchange, they offered a few solutions to make the bracelet fit my wrist!

I only first purchased from Bohomoon about a month ago and I wish I had made a purchase sooner. Not only do they sell beautiful quality jewellery, but their customer service team is incredible.

I had ordered 2 small bracelets for my daughter , unfortunately the sizing was incorrect, I contacted them they replied promptly informing what to do as I had also lost the original packaging, the returned the bracelets within a week 2 new bracelets was delivered ( correct size ) they fit & look lovely on my daughter.

Bohomoon jewellery is so incredible I have bought from them for a long time! Recently I bought 4 bracelets for me and my friends and one of them unfortunately broke. I emailed Bohomoon straight away and Ellie from customer service was so helpful and sent out a replacement immediately no questions asked! Amazing company for stunning yet affordable jewellery, couldn’t recommend enough!

I have bought so much from Bohomoon now, I adore each item, they are well made and precious looking, Last well and showerproof but without the high price tag. Not only all that but they have amazing sales on quite often so you can grab an even better bargain. I've also had to contact customer services to sort a problem I had, (my fault not theirs) and their customer service was fantastic, they went way above and beyond! I will only buy my jewellery from Bohomoon now!

This was my first purchase with Bohomoon and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Both rings fit as expected and look as pictured on the app. The checkout process was straightforward and delivery was quick. Very pleased.
